Acquired a landmark urban renewal site in Darwin and developed a premium master-planned city lifestyle development comprising more than 400 dwellings. Stage One, consisting of 64 apartments and 10 townhouses overlooking the water was completed and sold.

The second stage of the development was initially zoned for further medium-density housing but correctly anticipating a glut of new apartments, the masterplan was amended to take advantage of the shortage of land for single lot dwellings in the Darwin CBD.

Final works on the 93-lot site were completed by Miller Street Partners in late 2009 and the project relaunched, achieving complete sellout within three weeks.
