Mark Davidson was the Director responsible for the development of one of Australia’s landmark shopping centres, the 52,000sqm Australia Fair complex at Southport, Queensland, comprising more than 250 specialty stores, three supermarkets and major retailers.

The project was developed in joint venture with British listed company MEPC , the Japanese construction giant Tobishima Corporation and CM Group.
