In 2008 Nordic Australia Development Fund acquired 32 units at a cost of $21 million. The year previous, the entire residential development comprising 35 units had been valued by a well-known and reputable city valuer at $60 million, a figure supported by the fact that the project was built by a Tier One builder at a cost of $45 million.

 

Subsequent to the acquisition, the 32 units were sold for more than $33 million.
