Miller Street Partners HQ

Miller Street Partners took a run down warehouse property with all the restrictions of a heritage site, plus the added constraint of the site being part of the superstructure for the Sydney Harbour Bridge, and successfully negotiated with the Heritage Office in the Department of Planning to support the adaptive redesign of the site into modern office accommodation. All the heritage aspects of this site were preserved while the site was able to be redeveloped into a model for adaptive re-use.
