Created an open-ended property-backed Retail Fund designed to enhance the underlying income performance of property through the use of conservative gearing.

The Fund achieved a four star investment rating from ASSIRT and was accessed by financial planners via several wrap platforms. Following establishment and the gaining of a four star performance rating, the product was sold to Real Estate Capital Partners which operates the Fund today.

The three year performance rating while managed by Mark Davidson was 28 per cent per annum, as determined by AEGIS. Funds under management at the time of disposition exceeded $100 million.
