A major Australian bank sought to review its $3 billion branch network comprising more than 1,000 separate assets. Led the review and formulated a strategic and tactical long term plan for the portfolio.
The analysis took into account investment, demographic and business variables to determine which assets should be held as long term investments and which to dispose of.
